It is a common factor of all nations and cultures that gathering strength of both character and mind is a journey lasting ones entire life. It is also a common factor throughout most of industrialized society that aside from time, one thing proves to make all individuals stronger, a principle which throughout history has forged mighty empires and strong rulers; it has begun rebellions and it has toppled tyrants. The principle that is an inextricable component of the legacy of all of human kind is conflict. Strife, dissent, and revolution have always led to the most dramatic of advances in all domains technological, social, and economic. However, this thought process must be judiciously applied, as these same theories have also led to the greatest tragedies and atrocities in history. Thus, Project Blue has been formed to tread carefully that line, to subject all to criticisms and conflict, encourage dissent and revolution, but above all to apply these judiciously.
Project Blue is founded on the belief that dissent without jurisprudence lacks substance; leading us to believe that a direction is needed in order to assure that the power of protest is used in favor of righteousness. To gain this direction, those who would subscribe to our school of thought require a simple, yet elegant course of action that stimulates all, and incites its own core principles by its very mention. Thus, Project Blue's foremost principle is that of world conquest. Through this ultimate end goal, we hope to, if not eventually spread our ideals throughout the entire globe, but to challenge numerous established and stationary institutions. However, our ultimate methods do not rest in the hands of the greater social construct. Every individual has room for improvement, and ideally all of human kind would take part in an unending grasp for perfection. For this reason, it is the duty of all members of Project Blue to encourage dissent and improvement among their peers, social institutions, and in their own minds, where the greatest changes of all can be made.
Project Blue is an international and borderless organization, made of many semi-anonymous members organized into Cells of members, depending on their distribution. A Cell of Project Blue is given some degree of autonomy in operations, but at all times all members of Project Blue must be prepared to carry out a larger goal, on the order of the larger purpose. To create conflict, any activity short of criminal is presumed to be condoned by the Organization. To encourage debate, one should simply need to express their true, unadulterated opinion, without regard for sponsored censorship. The Project Blue Organization is above all, willing to take any necessary actions to achieve its long-term goals and initiatives in cyberspace and the real world.
